Ongoing checks

A one-off check is only true the day it's run. A card can be suspended, expire, or be cancelled the week after you first verified it — so Oho keeps checking.

Set up a Verification Source

Connect the registers and authorities you rely on as Verification Sources — the Working With Children registers, AHPRA, the teacher boards, and so on. Each source tells Oho how to reach that authority and how often to look.

Oho re-checks on your schedule

Once a source is set up, Oho re-verifies the matching credentials on the schedule you choose, and updates each worker's status automatically. If something changes — a clearance is suspended, a registration lapses — it shows up without anyone remembering to check.
