Ingest your data
The first step is getting your people into Oho. You can add a worker by hand, but most teams bring their workforce in automatically so they're not re-keying anyone.
How data comes in
- Connect a system you already use. An integration imports your workers from an HR platform, a recruitment tool, or a spreadsheet — and keeps importing them on a schedule, so new starters and changes flow through on their own.
- Add people directly. You can create a worker straight in Oho whenever you need to.
- Bring in candidates. During hiring, people arrive as applicants — often through a recruitment tool or a recruitment check — and become workers once they're taken on.
What you end up with
A worker record for each person, ready to carry their credentials, exemptions, and checks. Once someone's in Oho, everything that follows — verification, monitoring, reporting — happens automatically.
Next: One-off verification.
