Moving to the new Oho
This is a temporary migration guide for the platform upgrade. It will be removed once every organisation has moved to the new Oho. Bookmark your new URL (below) rather than this page.
Everything you need to know about the upgrade — what's new, what to set up, and where to get help.
Set-up guide
The Oho team handles the move, but here's what you need to do:
- Receive your new unique login invite link from Oho.
- Click the link and set your password. Your login email stays the same — you just need to set a new password.
- You're in — your data is already there. No exports, no imports, no manual setup. Your workforce and credentials will be waiting, and a product tour will guide you through the app.
- Set up WWCC verification (if you manage it). If you manage and verify NSW WWCCs, SA WWCCs, or QLD WWCCs, you'll need to input your provider credentials: go to Verification Sources (under Admin) → Add Source → select the relevant state check → input your credentials.
- Re-authenticate criminal history checks (if you use them). If you complete and manage criminal history checks (NCCHC) via Oho, you'll need to re-authenticate and set this up: Verification Sources (under Admin) → Add Source → select your criminal history check provider → input your credentials.
- Explore at your own pace. If anything looks off, contact support immediately — we're available all day.
Save the new URL as soon as you have it and share it with anyone in your team who needs access. You won't currently be redirected from the old Oho.
What's new in the new Oho
The new Oho is the result of listening to your feedback. Same automated verification, same safeguarding platform — but faster, clearer, and easier to use every day.

| Smarter notifications | Know what's changed, what needs action, and why — without having to dig for it. |
| Better reporting | Your workforce data in clear views and summaries, so you can act with confidence. |
| Workforce visibility | Multiple dashboards connected into one — better segmenting across your organisation. |
| More configuration control | Set Oho up the way your organisation actually works. |
| Improved reliability | Fewer sync issues, more confidence in what you're seeing. |

Common questions
What we're hearing most.
Will my data be safe during the migration?
Your data isn't going anywhere — it stays within Oho's existing technology infrastructure. Think of it less like a move, more like a renovation. Same data in the background, better experience on top. Oho remains ISO 27001 certified throughout.
Will my compliance monitoring continue during the migration?
Yes. Your monitoring continues without interruption. Our connections to government registers remain functional at the same regular cadence — nothing pauses or resets.
Do my login credentials stay the same?
Your email address stays the same. When you first log into the new Oho, you'll set a new password. The app URL will also be different and unique to your organisation — we recommend saving it as a bookmark.
Will my workflows and configurations carry across?
Yes — all your configurations and existing workflows transfer across, they may just appear slightly different. Same recruitment packages and links. Admin notifications for expiring credentials, red flags, and other alerts remain the same. For employees and volunteers, you'll notice something new — Fetch sends them a secure link to update their own credentials directly in Oho, so you don't have to do the chasing. Available on our new Plus and Premium subscriptions.
What will look different when I log in?
The pages and interface will look different — this was a full refresh of the front end. You might need to poke around to find things you're used to, but tooltips and prompts throughout the app will help you navigate. All the same functionality is there.
Is there training available?
Yes. We're running live webinar sessions to walk through the new app and take questions. Details will be sent to you shortly. You can also lodge a support ticket anytime at weareoho.com/support.
Why is Oho upgrading?
The new Oho is the result of listening to customers. We gathered feedback, learnt about what slowed you down, caused confusion, or didn't work as well as it should. Same automated verification, same safeguarding platform — but faster, clearer, and easier to use every day.
